Railroad Crossing Safety; Requiring the Department of Transportation to conduct a statewide study on the use of advanced detection and monitoring systems at public railroad-highway grade crossings; authorizing the department to consult with certain persons and entities in conducting the study, etc.
Benefits for Obesity under the State Group Health Insurance Plan; Requires DMS to provide coverage for treatment & management of obesity for state group health insurance policies issued after specified date; provides coverage criteria; requires department to adopt eligibility criteria by specified date; provides reporting requirements.
Public Safety; Requiring each county, and every public agency within such county, to provide specified 911, emergency call, and dispatch services from a centralized 911 call center operated by the county or a regional entity as decided by specified boards; requiring the board of county commissioners of each county to convene a specified board within a certain time period; requiring the board to decide by a unanimous vote the entity for the county which will operate its centralized 911 call center and the funding for such entity; providing that the sheriff is deemed the entity to provide 911, emergency call, and dispatch services in a county under certain circumstances, etc.
Disclosure of Public Servants’ Personal Information; Authorizing certain public employees and officials to provide a written notice to a data broker to prevent disclosure of specified personal data concerning themselves and related persons; prohibiting a data broker from disclosing or redisclosing certain data after receipt of such notice; authorizing data brokers to provide e-mail addresses for receipt of such notice under specified conditions; providing for civil actions against a data broker for failure to comply, etc.

Accessing Personnel Files of Law Enforcement Officers; Requiring the employing agency of a law enforcement officer to maintain in the personnel file or other public record a log documenting the name, address, and identification presented of any person requesting and receiving from the employing agency such files or records of such officer, etc.
Materials Harmful to Minors; Defines "harmful to minors"; & revises list of materials used in classroom which are subject to objection process by parents or residents.

Voter Registration and Identification; Requires supervisor of elections to verify applicant’s citizenship status & refer certain matters to Office of Election Crimes & Security; provides certain action is considered written request from voter to have his or her name removed from statewide voter registration system; revises identifications accepted at polling places; requires that certain electors show Florida ID card upon entering polling place; provides that certain noncitizens may vote provisional ballot; requires supervisor of elections to verify certain information upon receiving request for vote-by-mail ballot; requires certain licenses & ID cards to denote certain persons as noncitizens.
