Liability of Persons Providing Areas for Public Outdoor Recreational Purposes; Providing that owners may not be subject to liability if they are generating certain revenues and those revenues are used exclusively for specified purposes; expanding the applicability of the limitation of liability for persons who provide areas to the public for outdoor recreational purposes without charge, etc.

Public Records/Staff and Domestic Violence Advocates of Domestic Violence Centers; Exempting personal identifying and location information of current and former staff and domestic violence advocates of domestic violence centers certified by the Department of Children and Families under ch. 39, F.S., and personal identifying and location information of spouses and children of such personnel, from public records requirements; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Purple Star Campuses; Requires DOE establish Purple Star Campus program; specifies program criteria for participating schools; authorizes schools to partner with school districts to meet criteria.
Reproductive Health and Disease Education; Requires each school district to publish notice on district's website concerning parent's right to exempt student from reproductive health & disease education; requires district school boards to annually approve instructional materials relating to reproductive health & disease education in an open, noticed public meeting; specifies that reproductive health & disease education instructional materials are to be made available for public review & comment under specific process.
False Reports of Crimes; Provides enhanced criminal penalties for willful making of false reports of crimes in certain circumstances; requires restitution.
Elder-focused Dispute Resolution Process; Authorizes courts to appoint eldercaring coordinators & refer parties to eldercaring coordination; specifies duration of appointments; requires courts to conduct review hearings; provides for qualifications, disqualifications, removal, & suspension of coordinators; authorizes courts to award certain fees & costs of eldercaring coordination; provides immunity from liability for certain parties; requires Florida Supreme Court to establish minimum standards & procedures.

Education Funding; Revises calculation for determining amount of state funds received by Florida Virtual School for operating purposes; repeals provisions relating to reading scholarship accounts; revises certain requirements for school districts providing virtual instruction programs; removes provisions relating to specified funding allocations; revises provisions relating to adjustments to minimum base salary of certain employees; requires school districts to use specified federal funding allocations for specified purposes; provides requirements relating to continued participation in reading scholarship accounts program.
Water Storage North of Lake Okeechobee; Requiring the South Florida Water Management District to request that the United States Army Corps of Engineers seek congressional approval of a project implementation report for the Lake Okeechobee Watershed Restoration Project by a specified date; requiring the district, in partnership with the corps, to expedite the development and implementation of aquifer storage and recovery wells; requiring an annual appropriation from the Land Acquisition Trust Fund for the Lake Okeechobee Watershed Restoration Project, etc.
Documentary Stamp Tax Distributions; Revising and deleting distributions of the documentary stamp tax; providing that specified distributions may not be transferred to the General Revenue Fund; revising the purposes for which distributions may be made from the Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund, etc.
Termination of the Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund; Directs SBA to liquidate assets in Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund by specified date; provides for transfer of balances in fund; provisions relating to creation & administration of Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund.
