Testing of Cosmetics on Animals; Provides that it is unlawful for person to manufacture, repackage, sell, hold, or offer for sale cosmetics that have been tested on animals as part of manufacturing process; prohibits manufacturers from using animal testing as part of cosmetics manufacturing process; prohibits manufacturers from repackaging, selling, holding, or offering for sale cosmetics that have been tested on animals; provides that manufacturers, upon issuance of cosmetic manufacturer permit, consent to specified inspections by DBPR & to submit to DBPR certain written documentation by specified date each year; provides for criminal penalties; provides administrative penalty; provides for cause of action by DBPR.
Schools of Hope; Authorizes mutual management plans for school district facilities used by schools of hope to include provision for school of hope & school district to share specified costs.
Abandoned and Historic Cemeteries; Authorizes use of specified funds deposited in Florida Forever Trust Fund for acquisition of lands which preserve certain historic cemeteries; subject to appropriation, authorizing use of additional funds for acquisition of such lands; requires state to be granted easement for ingress & egress to abandoned cemeteries on private lands for specified purposes; requires abandoned cemeteries on private lands to be included in Florida Master Site File; provides that owner of such private land is entitled to conservation easement.
Required Coverage for Imaging and Genetic Testing for Cancer Risk; Requires individual health policies, group, blanket, & franchise policies, & health maintenance contracts to provide coverage for evidence-based cancer imaging & genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk, without any cost-sharing requirements, for specified individuals.

Approval of Data Center Facilities; Requires applications for approval of data center facilities to include specified disclosures; requires existing data centers to disclose specified information; requires DEP to make such information publicly available on its website; provides penalty; prohibits certain tax credits, exemptions, protections, & restrictions for such information; requires DEP to adopt rules.
Malt Beverages; Authorizes certain manufacturers to sell & deliver malt beverages to vendors; authorizes manufacturer to terminate, cancel, nonrenew, & discontinue certain contracts; authorizes Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco to determine manufacturer's yearly production amount, upon manufacturer's request.
THC; Provides that marijuana testing laboratory may acquire hemp & hemp extract only from certain businesses; prohibits marijuana testing laboratory from selling, distributing, or transferring hemp or hemp extract from certain businesses; requires marijuana testing laboratory to separate marijuana received from certain entities from hemp or hemp extract received from certain entities; revises requirements for sale & distribution of hemp extract; prohibits businesses or food establishments from possessing hemp or hemp extract products that are attractive to children; prohibits unpermitted business sales, street sales, or festival sales of hemp extract; prohibits business permitted to sell hemp or hemp extract from being located in certain areas; provides requirements for businesses permitted to sell hemp or hemp extract; including THC-infused beverages in list of products prohibited for sale to person under 21 years of age; provides penalty for hemp extract possessed, manufactured, delivered, held, offered for sale, distributed, or sold by certain entities in violation of specified provisions.
Beach Management; Requires DEP to review certain data when designating certain beaches as critically eroded & in need of restoration & nourishment; requires that certain beaches be designated as critically eroded; authorizes Secretary of Environmental Protection to require coastal local governments to develop specified plans.
