Child Welfare; Transferring existing provisions relating to the central abuse hotline of the Department of Children and Families; providing criminal, civil, and administrative immunity to child protective investigators who report known or suspected animal cruelty; requiring the department to make available specified training for caregivers of children in out-of-home care; requiring the department to develop an alternative plan for providing community-based child welfare services under certain circumstances, etc.
Indian Trail Improvement District, Palm Beach County; Authorizes district to study feasibility of elector-initiated conversion of district to municipality; provides procedure for such study; provides for transition date & permits continuation of district.
City of Gainesville, Alachua County; Authorizes issuance of special license to mobile food dispensing vehicles to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption of alcoholic beverages within specified area; provides requirements; prohibits licensee from selling alcoholic beverages by package for consumption outside specified area; provides for issuance of an unlimited number of licenses within specified area; provides that operator is not exempt from meeting requirements to hold a license.
Estates and Trusts; Requiring the court to allow an officer to elect to post and maintain a certain bond; providing that certain provisions of a will are void upon dissolution of marriage; specifying that a trust director submits to specified personal jurisdiction by accepting appointment as a trust director; creating the "Community Property Trust Act"; providing that certain property held in a community property trust qualifies as homestead property, etc.

South Seminole and North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority; Designates regional sewage treatment plant as Orlando Iron Bridge Wastewater Treatment Facility; revises boundaries; revises provisions relating to selection of governing board members & officers; authorizes authority to contract with entity for certain purposes.
POW-MIA Vietnam Veterans Bracelet Memorial; Establishing the POW-MIA Vietnam Veterans Bracelet Memorial; directing the Department of Management Services to designate space for the memorial’s construction and placement by a specified date; requiring the department to consider recommendations of, and coordinate with, specified entities regarding the memorial’s placement and design, etc.
