Attorney Fees, Suit Money, and Costs; Provides that award of attorney fees, suit money, & costs may be awarded retroactively & prospectively; authorizes inclusion of fees, money, & costs in award of attorney fees, suit money, & costs; authorizes court to consider whether party rejected good faith offer of settlement when awarding fees, money, & costs; authorizes court to award, deny, or reduce fees, money, & costs as sanction; requires court to make certain written findings; authorizes fees, money, & costs be paid to attorney; provides award of attorney fees & costs to nonoffending party under certain circumstances; provides relief is cumulative; authorizes court to order attorney fees, suit money, & costs in certain appellate proceedings; prohibits court from awarding fees, money, & costs to noncompliant party; provides that trial court has continuing jurisdiction to award temporary appellate fees, money, & costs; specifies primary factor for court to consider in making awards of appellate fees & costs; authorizes court to take certain actions in action involving criminal contempt.

Smoking in Public Places; Revises legislative intent; defines "public place"; revises definition of terms "smoking" & "vape" or "vaping"; prohibits smoking in public places in this state, with exceptions; provides applicability; revises requirements for customs smoking rooms to prohibit smoking & vaping of marijuana products at any time.
Performance Reports of Circuit and County Court Judges; Requires each clerk of circuit court to prepare annual performance report with specified information regarding each circuit & county court judge; authorizes judges to prepare specified explanatory statement; requires such statements to be posted with relevant reports; provides for specified reporting period; defines "final disposition."
Animal Cremation; Creating “Sevilla’s Law”; requiring a provider of companion animal cremation services to provide certain individuals and entities with a written description of the services the provider offers; requiring certain providers to include a certification with the returned animal’s cremation remains; providing that certain acts are unlawful; providing civil penalties for initial and subsequent offenses, etc.
Rating Factors for Automobile Liability Insurers; Prohibiting insurers providing automobile liability coverage from establishing or maintaining rates or rating classifications based on certain information, etc.
Homeowners’ Insurance Policies; Requiring insurers to reimburse homeowners for the cost of a specified roof inspection under certain circumstances; requiring insurers to make certain notifications to homeowners at a specified time, etc.
Resolution of Disputed Property Insurance Claims; Requires parties in property insurance claim dispute to participate in mediation; provides that mediation is condition precedent to commencing litigation; provides that parties may mutually agree to conduct mediation by teleconference or other electronic means; requires all insureds, or their representatives, to attend mediation; revises & specifies duties relating to bearing certain costs of mediation; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000
Resolution of Disputed Property Insurance Claims; Requiring, rather than authorizing, parties in a property insurance claim dispute to participate in mediation; providing that mediation is a condition precedent to commencing litigation; requiring all insureds, or their representatives, to attend the mediation; requiring the policyholder to provide the insurer with any information and certain documents within a specified timeframe after mediation is invoked; revising the definition of the term “claim”, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000
Pet Insurance; Revising requirements for disclosures from a pet insurer to a policyholder; prohibiting agents from soliciting the sale of pet insurance policies or pet wellness products under certain circumstances; authorizing agents to rely on certain standards and materials; specifying that certain training standards are not part of certain continuing education requirements; providing that certain courses are eligible for certain continuing education credit, etc.
Cost-sharing Requirements for Insulin and Diabetes Supplies; Prohibits health insurance policies from imposing cost-sharing requirements that exceed specified amount for 30 days of insulin & diabetes supplies.
