Section 46600.2(a)(5)(A)(iii): Removed the requirement that a school district must determine 'additional time is necessary to gather required information, including, but not limited to, an individualized education program or other relevant record' before extending the 30-day review period. The extension is now available simply because an IEP meeting has been scheduled or is pending, lowering the bar for districts to use this extension.

Fixed a duplicated word and punctuation error in Section 46600.2(a)(5)(A)(ii): 'request. request,' was corrected to 'request,'

Removed the provision stating that if a school district of residence does not issue a response within 30 calendar days, the interdistrict transfer request shall be deemed approved for release. This eliminates the automatic approval mechanism for non-responsive districts.

Restructured extension provisions: the 30-day extension for incomplete applications is now combined with the incomplete-application notification requirement in a single clause (ii), rather than being a separate standalone provision.
