This narrows the mandated reporter list by excluding staff at facilities that serve no children.

The class of mandated reporters was narrowed from any person who is a talent agent, talent manager, or talent coach to only those 'employed as' one of those roles. This likely excludes independent contractors or individuals who perform these services without a formal employment relationship.

Page numbers were renumbered from 97 to 96 throughout the bill, and line numbers in several sections were adjusted to reflect the slightly longer text.
