Exposition Park: Holocaust memorial.

The memorial is now specifically located at Exposition Park (the Sixth District Agricultural Association) rather than being a general authorization. The bill title in the digest changed from 'Holocaust memorial' to 'Exposition Park: Holocaust memorial.'

New legislative intent provisions require that the memorial be conspicuously placed with adequate space for visitors, and that the design promote further learning and education about the Holocaust and contemporary antisemitism.

The memorial must be consistent with the operating policies and procedures of the Office of Exposition Park Management, including the location of the memorial, adding a compliance constraint not in the prior version.
