New subdivision (f) requires online hosting platforms to display two things in every listing: the name of the county where the site is located, and a dedicated field for the operator to enter any license, permit, or registration required by the county.

New subdivision (g) creates a takedown mechanism: an online hosting platform must remove a listing within seven days after receiving notification from the authorizing county, provided the county first sent written notice to the property owner and included specific details in its notification to the platform (listing URL, property address, operator name, notice of violation, and citation to the violated ordinance). The takedown applies when the permit is invalid, expired, revoked, or the county has a prohibition on low-impact camping areas.

Definitions previously in subdivision (f) were moved to a new subdivision (a) at the top of Section 18890, and all subsequent subdivisions were relettered accordingly. The bill title had a minor grammatical fix ('of to' changed to 'to').

Subdivision (c)(3) of new Section 18890 was expanded so that low-impact camping owners or operators must now post, in a conspicuous location, any permit or registration required by the county to operate the area, in addition to posting county contact information for complaints.
