New exemption from ADDS licensure for technology installed within the secured licensed premises of a pharmacy that is used for selecting, counting, packaging, and labeling dangerous drugs and devices.

Formatting and line numbering changes throughout Section 4068 with no substantive policy change to the dispensing provisions themselves.
