City building disposal.
Summary
Existing law establishes a procedure by which a city may sell a public building and site dedicated to a public use, including requiring the city to adopt a resolution of intention, receive protest to the sale, and hold a special election on the proposition of the sale. Existing law specifies that this procedure is an alternative to specified other authority for cities to dispose of city-owned property. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

MINOR
No substantive changes to the bill text. The difference between versions is entirely presentational: the second version is a web page capture of the California Legislature website, adding navigation menus, search fields, and UI elements around the identical legislative content.
TECHNICAL
The document was reformatted from a plain legislative text layout to a web page rendering, adding site navigation (home, accessibility, FAQ, feedback, sitemap, login), a quick search box, bill information links (votes, history, analysis, status), and share/track options. The actual statutory language amending Section 37420 of the Government Code is unchanged.
