After recording, the association must deliver a copy of the reinstated declaration to each member by individual delivery, along with a statement that it has been recorded.

The act's title was expanded to reference the addition and repeal of Civil Code Section 4276 relating to common interest developments, in addition to the existing Government Code amendment.
