MINOR
No substantive policy changes occurred between these two versions. The only differences are formatting and presentation: the first version is a plain-text rendering with line numbers and page breaks, while the second is the website-rendered version from the California Legislature site with navigation elements. The actual bill text amending Section 742 of the Insurance Code is identical in both.
TECHNICAL
Formatting change only: the bill moved from a plain-text layout with line numbers and page breaks to the leginfo website rendering, which adds navigation menus, headers, and restructured digest formatting. No legislative language was altered.
