Community colleges: common course numbering system: career technical education public safety courses.

Removed the amendment to Education Code Section 66725.5 that would have required the common course numbering system to include firefighting courses, law enforcement education courses, and modern policing degree program courses by July 1, 2030. This eliminated a firm deadline for incorporating public safety courses into the existing numbering system.
