Summary
Existing law sets a statewide uniform guideline for determining child support. Existing law requires the Department of Child Support Services and the Judicial Council to meet and confer, no later than November 21, 2022, and for each entity to submit its own report to specified legislative committees on what additional legislative changes are required to comply with federal child support regulations. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to those provisions.
