Elections: ballots.
Summary
Existing law provides that, on election day, a voter who does not vote the ballot the voter has received shall, before leaving the polling place, return it to the precinct board member having charge of the ballots, who shall immediately cancel it. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to this provision.
