Military: service: elected officers.
Summary
Existing law establishes that an elected officer of the state who is called to serve with the Armed Forces of the United States has a right to return to and reenter office after active military service if the term of office they were elected to has not expired. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
