Business entities: landlords: reporting requirements.

Summary

Existing law requires the Secretary of State to perform various duties relating to business entities. This bill would require a qualified entity, defined as a corporation or limited liability company that owns real property that is offered for rent or lease, to report to the Secretary of State specified information regarding the qualified entity.
