Alcohol and drug programs.
Summary
Under existing law, the State Department of Health Care Services is responsible for administering prevention, treatment, and recovery services for alcohol and drug abuse. Existing law requires the department to issue allocations of state and federal funds available to counties to provide alcohol and other drug programs. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
