Director of Finance: gifts.
Summary
Existing law authorizes the Director of Finance to accept any gift of real or personal property on behalf of the state whenever the director deems such gift and the terms and conditions thereof to be in the best interest of the state. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
