Summary
Existing law requires the director of the Department of Motor vehicles to determine the date when the department's inventory of driver's license and identification card forms, as that inventory existed in accordance with the law on December 31, 1998, has been depleted, and inform the Secretary of State and Legislature, as specified. This bill would repeal that provision.
