Communicable disease prevention and control: terms.
Summary
Existing law requires the Department of Public Health to establish a list of reportable diseases and conditions, including both communicable and noncommunicable diseases. Existing law defines terms relating to communicable diseases. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to a definition.
