Clinics: noncompliance: plan of correction.
Summary
Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of clinics, as defined, by the State Department of Public Health. Existing law requires the department to notify any clinic of all deficiencies in its compliance with those provisions, and would require the clinic to agree with the department upon a plan of correction that would give the clinic a reasonable time to correct those deficiencies, as specified. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
