Criminal justice planning.
Summary
Existing law abolishes the Office of Criminal Justice Planning. Existing law transfers the duties and obligations of that office to the Office of Emergency Services, except specified duties that are transferred to the Board of State and Community Corrections. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to those provisions.
