The bill would require moneys received in connection with the leasing or letting of a home to be deposited in the Veterans' Home Fund. The bill would provide that money in the fund is available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, for the maintenance of existing homes and for the acquisition or construction of new or replacement homes, as specified.
