Community care facilities: special permits.
Summary
Existing law provides for the licensing and regulation of community care facilities, including residential facilities, adult day programs, foster family homes, community treatment facilities, and others, by the State Department of Social Services. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
