SB 1405 California Senate · 2017-2018 Regular Session

Summary
Existing civil law establishes rules governing the interpretation of contracts, as prescribed, and provides that other obligations are interpreted by the same rules by which statutes of a similar nature are interpreted. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
