Personal Income Tax Law: Corporation Tax Law: credits.

Summary
The Personal Income Tax Law and the Corporation Tax Law impose taxes on, or measured by, income and allow various credits against the taxes imposed by those laws. This bill would require the Franchise Tax Board to provide a report to the Legislature, as provided, that includes the total amount of credits, as defined, allowed under the Personal Income Tax Law and the Corporation Tax Law for the previous taxable year.
