Summary
Existing law requires the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to establish the method of sale of motor vehicle fuels and lubricants sold at retail to the public. Existing law requires the secretary to adopt the latest method of sale for motor vehicle fuels and lubricants adopted by the National Conference on Weights and Measures, as provided. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions.
