Existing law makes the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists responsible for the certification, licensure, and regulation of the practice of professional engineering and authorizes the Governor to remove a member of the board for misconduct, incompetency, or neglect of duty. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to these provisions.
