Southern California Veterans Cemetery.
Summary
Existing law establishes the Department of Veterans Affairs. Existing law requires the department, in voluntary cooperation with local government entities in Orange County, to design, develop, construct, and equip a state-owned and state-operated Southern California Veterans Cemetery, located at the site of the former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
