Video arcades.
Summary
Existing law requires a video arcade, as defined, to post a sign notifying consumers that an industry-created rating system is available to aid in the selection of a game. Existing law also requires a video arcade to make a brochure available upon request to consumers explaining this system. This bill would repeal the above-described brochure requirement.
