Water supply.
Summary
Existing law authorizes local and regional public agencies that are authorized by law to serve water to the persons or entities within the service area of the agency to sell, lease, exchange, or otherwise transfer water for use outside the agency, as specified. Existing law makes findings and declarations relating to local or regional level water management decisions. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change in the latter provision.
