AB 2723 California Assembly · 2017-2018 Regular Session

Summary
Existing law requires the creation of criminal justice and delinquency prevention planning districts for the purposes of coordinating local criminal justice activities and planning for the use of state and federal action funds made available through grant programs. Existing law authorizes the number and boundaries of those districts to be altered, as specified. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
