Elections: Democratic Party county central committee.

Summary

Existing law provides for the election of members of county central committees. Under existing law, whenever a person is appointed to fill a vacancy on a committee, the chairperson of the committee is required to file notices of the appointment, as specified. Existing law requires the notices to contain specified information, including, among others, the name and address of the person appointed. This bill would additionally require the notices to include the phone number of the person appointed.
