Schoolsites.
Summary
Existing law requires, prior to commencing the acquisition of real property for a new schoolsite or an addition to an existing schoolsite, the governing board of a school district to evaluate the property at a public hearing using the site selection standards established by the State Department of Education, as provided. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this law.
