California Fair Dealership Law.

The California Fair Dealership Law prohibits various acts of discrimination based on sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status, as listed or described in the Unruh Civil Rights Act, with regard to the granting of dealerships, as defined. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
