San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency: board of directors.

Existing law, the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency Law, establishes the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency to, among other things, acquire, or contract to acquire, waterworks or a waterworks system, and other property useful or necessary to store, convey, supply, or otherwise make use of water, within a specified area of the County of Riverside. The law provides for a 7-member board of directors, 5 of whom are elected from 5 separate divisions, with 2 directors elected at large by the voters of the agency as a whole. This bill would decrease to 5 the number of members on the board of directors of the agency by removing the 2 directors elected at large.
