Summary
Existing law authorizes the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission to prescribe, by regulation, appliance efficiency standards, based on reasonable use patterns, to promote the use of energy and water efficient appliances. This bill would make nonsubstantive revisions to that provision.
