Military sacrifice: remembrance.
Summary
This measure would encourage the people of California to honor our war dead on the 21st day of each month by flying the flag of the United States at halfstaff in remembrance and in honor of all those who have given their lives in military service in war and by pausing for a moment of silence for 21 seconds to honor our fallen heroes.
