Licenses.
Summary
Existing law provides for the licensing of various professions and vocations by boards within the Department of Consumer Affairs. Existing law defines license to mean a license, certificate, registration, or other means to engage in a business or profession, as provided. This bill would expand the definition of license to include a permit.
