Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control: report.

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act is administered by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Existing law requires the department to make an annual report to the Legislature on the department's activities, including information for the previous fiscal year on the number and type of enforcement activities conducted by the department. This bill would require the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to prepare and submit a report to the Legislature, on or before June 30, 2015, regarding enforcement staffing levels for district offices, including recommendations on funding levels necessary to support appropriate enforcement staffing levels, as provided.
