Written agreements: exclusion of evidence.

Summary
Existing law provides that the terms set forth in a writing intended by the parties as a final expression of their agreement with respect to the terms may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior agreement or of a contemporaneous oral agreement. Existing law defines the term "agreement" to include deeds and wills, as well as contracts between parties. This bill would include trust instruments in the definition of the term "agreement."
