Postsecondary education: California State University.

Existing law establishes the California State University and provides for its administration by the Trustees of the California State University. Existing law exempts, from the general provisions of law governing administrative regulations and rulemaking, the adoption of rules and regulations by the trustees for the government of the trustees, their appointees and employees, and the California State University. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
