Summary
The Budget Act of 2012 made appropriations for the support of state government for the 2012–13 fiscal year. This bill would amend the Budget Act of 2012 by reappropriating an item of appropriation from the Budget Act of 2010 for the purpose of acquiring equity or other real property interests in the New East County Courthouse in the County of Alameda. This bill would declare that it is to take effect immediately as a Budget Bill.
