Summary
Under existing law, the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has regulatory authority over public utilities, including electrical corporations. The PUC adopted the California Solar Initiative. Under existing law "kWh" means kilowatthours, as measured by the number of kilowatts generated in one hour. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
