Summary
The Budget Act of 2013 appropriated specified amounts from the General Fund for the support of state government. This bill would appropriate $554,092,510 from the General Fund in augmentation of a specified appropriation in the Budget Act of 2013, regarding augmentations for contingencies and emergencies, and would require the Controller to allocate this additional amount according to a specified schedule. This bill would declare that it is to take effect immediately as a Budget Bill.
