Summary

The Uniform Civil Fees and Standard Fee Schedule Act of 2005 establishes a uniform schedule of filing fees and other civil fees for the superior courts throughout the state. The act establishes certain uniform filing fees for probate proceedings, including, among others, the first petition for letters of administration or letters testamentary. This bill would, until January 1, 2019, establish a filing fee of $40 for a request for special notice, as specified, and would require that this fee be in addition to any other fee charged for a paper filed concurrently with a request for special notice.
