Department of Veterans Affairs: administration.
Summary
Under existing law, the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs, as the head of the department, is authorized to employ such expert, technical, legal, clerical, and other employees as may be necessary to carry out his powers and duties, as provided. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision, and would correct an obsolete reference.
