California Community Colleges.
Summary
Existing law establishes the California Community Colleges as one of the segments of postsecondary education in the state. Existing law requires the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges to prescribe minimum standards for the formation and operation of the California Community Colleges, and to exercise general supervision over the California Community Colleges. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to this requirement.
